- Stage 2
Screening
This is where we get to know each other a little better. Depending on the role, this could be a quick chat with the hiring manager or a short one-way video interview you can complete in your own time. It’s your chance to bring your application to life, share what excites you, and show us what makes you, you!
- Stage 3
First Stage Meet-Up
Time to dive a little deeper. This is a more in-depth chat where we really get to know each other. You might join us virtually or come and see us in person - either way, it’s a chance to explore your experience, how you think, and what you could bring to the team. We’ll also share more about the role and life at Virgin too, so you can see if it feels right for you.

Second Stage Meet-Up
Let’s take it up a notch. This stage gives us more time to get to know each other and explore how you think and work. You might be asked to complete a short task or activity - nothing scary, just something that helps you show your skills in action. It’s just as much about you getting a feel for us, too.
